for Unsecured SBA Loans

No Collateral Required
The Small Business Administration (SBA) in conjunction with Jacksonville State University Small Business Development Center, Jacksonville State Center for Economic Development, the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce, and the Alabama Small Business Institute for Commerce are hosting a loan clinic at the Chamber of Commerce building located at 1330 Quintard Avenue, Anniston on Tuesday, January 30, 2007.

A group presentation of the SBA loan programs will be given at 1:00 p.m. The presentation will be repeated at 2:00 p.m.

Using the SBA Community Express program, start-up and existing business applicants can apply for unsecured loans up to $50,000. This program requires the clients to receive counseling on business planning from a technical assistance provider before applying.

The workshop and counseling are free. The Jacksonville State University Small Business Development Center will have representatives available for counseling and to assist with the application process.
