Graduate student Geni Certain shares her photo of three kittens -- Squeak, Cheech and Chong, captured just as they woke up from a nap. Geni writes, "They are three weeks old and live on the floor of a bedroom closet. Their mother is the blackest cat I've ever seen, and it looks like her kittens will be as dark as she is." Geni, graduate assistant to Dr. Glen Browder, is pursuing a master's in history. She is the new media director at the Anniston Star.
