CCS Offers Workshop on Eating Disorders

Counseling and Career Services (CCS) is sponsoring the workshop "Eating Disorders & Promoting a Health Body Image" Thursday, June 29 at Theron Montgomery Building, Room 303 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Lana Sheffield, of the Renfrew Center, is the speaker.

Eating disorders are the most deadly of all mental illnesses, and among the most difficult to treat. The Renfrew Center Foundation has accepted the challenge to fight the devastating effects these disorders have on individuals and families. The Renfrew Center Foundation is committed to raising awareness about eating disorders and educating individuals who are suffering, as well as their friends and family members.
