Faculty Scholar Lecturer to Speak
on Legal Challenges May 25
Dr. Ben A. Hardy, 2005-2006 JSU Faculty Scholar Lecturer, will present a lecture on “Legal Challenges of the 21st Century” on Thursday, May 25 at 6:00 p.m. in the Houston Cole Library, Room 1103A.

Dr. Hardy is an Associate Professor in the Finance, Economics, and Accounting Department. He earned a B.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, J.D. from the University of Mississippi and an L.L.M. from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Hardy taught at the Cumberland School of Law at Sanford University and worked as a corporate attorney for South Central Bell until retirement. He is the author of several books used by practicing attorneys and students in law schools throughout the United States.
