Pending: Mandatory Direct Deposit
of Student Payroll
In an effort to conform student pay practices to those for faculty and staff, we requested that direct deposit of student paychecks be mandatory.

Students may complete direct deposit forms in the Office of Human Resources (HR), Room 329, Bibb Graves Hall. Direct deposit forms are also available for download at JSU Direct Deposit Authorization.

If the student has a voided check, only complete the first form; return to HR with a voided check. If the student does not have a check available or needs to set up an account, students should take the second form to their financial institution, have them complete and return the completed form to the HR.
