Annual Holocaust Remembrance Program Web Site at JSU
The Jacksonville State University SGA and the Holocaust Remembrance Committee recently launched a new Web site Annual Holocaust Remembrance Program.

As attendance at recent Remembrances has filled the Stone Center Theatre venue to capacity, the web site was built to extend access and information to a wider audience. The site was also designed to keep an archive of the annual Remembrance which dates back to its inception in 1982.

Links to related sites like the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum and many teaching resources are on the new site including the “Imagining the Holocaust” Writing Competition that is open to middle and high school students in Alabama. The competition is organized every year by the JSU Department of English.

JSU Holocaust Remembrance Committee Member Bethany Latham Skaggs (Assistant Professor, Electronic Resources/Documents Librarian at Houston Cole Library) designed and implemented the extensive site.
