Telephone Center Announces New Telephone Service Request (TSR) System
Effective 2/28/06 the Telephone Center will begin accepting all requests online through our new Telephone Service Request (TSR) system.  Please submit all future requests for moves, adds, changes and trouble issues online.  You can submit a TSR on the JSU website by clicking on “Departments” and then “Telephone Services”.   You will see an icon that says, “Submit a TSR.”   Use the same user name and password that was provided to submit a CSR (Computer Service Request).
