Inaugural Kaleidoscope 2006 Event
On the Brink 2006—the 11th Annual Conference on Emerging Southern Writers—is the inaugural event for Kaleidoscope 2006, the College of Arts and Sciences' festival of the arts. The theme of this year's conference is "Life's Too Short to Drink Bad 'Shine." The Conference is being held at Houston Cole Library on Saturday, February 11.
