Dr. Browder Comments on Supreme Court Decision
The Supreme Court issued
a ruling today on the Ten Commandments case. In
Randy Wilson's earlier JSU Newswire article about the case, Dr. Browder
gave his opinion about the possible outcome of the case. Today, Dr. Browder
said, "It was a split, mixed decision that dealt with the issue on a case-by-case
basis, ruling that generally religious display in public places is very
questionable; but in terms of the specific instances brought before the
court it's ok here, not ok there, etc." Click to see the Washington
Post article, "Justices
Reject Ten Commandments at Courthouses."
