Tickets on Sale for Music at McClellan

Music at McClellan tickets are now on sale at four locations including Jacksonville State University.

The Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce was Kristy Farmer’s first stop. She was distributing tickets to the four locations where Music at McClellan are now on sale. Before she even finished describing how the “Anytime Ticket” is a good deal at four-for-the-price-of-three, twenty-five of them had already been sold. “I had to replenish the stock within minutes,” she said.

Monday, May 9 marked the beginning of ticket sales for the second season of Music at McClellan. Last year about 6,000 people came to the former Fort McClellan to hear the Alabama Symphony Orchestra and a variety of guest performers. “The new park makes getting to the concert so easy and the acts are so good that we are expecting 7,500 people this year,” says ASO Executive Director Paul Ferrone.

Gate tickets -- $20 
Children (ages 3-12) -- $5 
Children under 3 -- Free
Anytime Tickets (4 tickets - any concert, any combination) -- $60*
*Anytime Tickets available by advance purchase only.

The 2005 Music at McClellan Season will feature four Saturday performances beginning with “Tuxedo Junction” on May 28th, "The Miracles" on June 4th, "Broadway Under the Stars” on June 11th and the “Classical Spectacular” on June 18th.
