Alumna Edisa Calo Joins JPA

25 February 2005 — Jacksonville State University alumna Edisa Calo recently joined McClellan's Joint Powers Authority as their new manager of finance.

Ms. Calo said, “I’m excited about being a part of the JPA team and working to develop McClellan for the future of our community."

The JPA is an unincorporated nonprofit association financed by the federal government to create job opportunities and provide assistance to help alleviate the negative economic impact of the closing of Fort McClellan.

Ms. Calo is married to Joe Calo and they have a daughter, Neryzza Lynn Calo, who attends Kitty Stone Elementary. She was previously with HGS Engineering as a finance manager.
