Dr. Goodwin to Lecture at Fabulous After Fifty Conference

Jacksonville State University's Dr. Debra Goodwin, R.D., will lecture at the first Fabulous After Fifty conference to be held April 16 - 17 in Savannah, Ga., at the Marriott Riverfront Hotel.  This event will cover some of the most important topics on aging for today’s woman.

Shirley W. Mitchell, author of Fabulous After Fifty and Sensational After Sixty, along with Dr. Goodwin and other guest speakers will present a variety of topics including graceful aging, nutrition, exercise, and being fabulous after fifty.
