Stephenson Hall Closed Friday, Feb. 18

3 February 2005 — Stephenson Hall gym will be closed on Friday morning, February 18. No one will be allowed to set up for Preview Day before 1:30 p.m. on Friday. The gym will be available for setup from 1:30 until 4:15 p.m. only. Participants should arrange to have someone set up their displays only during this time.

The Preview Day browse session will occur in Stephenson Hall on Saturday, February 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. We are asking faculty, staff, and student representatives to have someone present at the tables/displays this entire period. Although the program doesn't start until 8:30 a.m., many people arrive early. Please have tables set up and staffed by 7:30 a.m.

Finally, please plan to park in front of Theron Montgomery Building or Bibb Graves Hall. The parking lot in front of and behind Stephenson Hall should be reserved for visitors.
