Summer Student Employment Opportunities

May 21, 2004 -- The National Park Service is currently seeking applicants for summer employment at the Little River Canyon National Preserve, home of Jacksonville State University's Little River Canyon Field School.

The positions of fee collector and maintenance worker are open to qualified university students who have been enrolled during Spring Term and are registered to be enrolled in the upcoming Fall Term. Both are full time positions and pay $10 per hour. Applicants must be US citizens. These positions are excellent, entry level opportunities for National Park Service employment.

The Little River Canyon National Preserve is also one of the most beautiful job sites imaginable. For more information contact Larry Beane or  John Bundy by calling 256-845-9605.
