Tammy Formby is Recipient of Gweneth Mulder Scholarship

April 21, 2004 -- Tammy Formby, a Jacksonville State University junior majoring in social work, has received the annual Gweneth Mulder Scholarship.

This award is given each year to an outstanding student, based on academic achievement. This award included a $100 cash award and is presented each year to a student of sociology or social work. Ms. Formby, who lives in Dawson, AL with her husband, Jim, and their two sons, has a 4.0 grade point average in social work and is a member of the Social Work Club.

In addition to receiving the Mulder Scholarship, Ms. Formby was selected for Who's Who Among American Colleges and Universities.
