Basic Canoeing Class for Beginners or Advanced Instruction for Canoers |

JACKSONVILLE -- April 2, 2002 --
Can You Canoe? If you can’t, the Little River Canyon Field School can help! Local expert canoeist Fred Couch will teach the basics in our Canoeing for Beginners class on April 20, 2002. This program is open to anyone 12 years or older. A parent or guardian must accompany canoers under 18 years of age. You say you CAN canoe? Good for you! Join us to expand your canoeing skills on April 27th along the scenic Terrapin Creek. Fred Couch will teach techniques, tailored to the needs of participants. Pre-registration is required by April 17th! Canoeing for Beginners Date: April 20, 2002 Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Fee: $35/person * Advanced Canoeing Date: April 27, 2002 Time: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Fee: $50/person * * Canoe rental option available at $35 per canoe for two, or bring your own canoe.
