Phi Beta Kappa Lecture on April 9th |

JACKSONVILLE -- April 1, 2002 -- Dr. Rosemarie Tong will speak on the topic "Should We Try to Make Perfect
People?"
during the Phi Beta Kappa Lecture next Tuesday, April 9th at 7:30 p.m. on
the 11th floor
of Cole Library. Tong is a specialist in health care ethics and will be talking about genetics and bio-engineering. She is Distinguished Professor of Health Care Ethics, University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a former faculty member at Davidson College and Williams College. Ton is the author of Globalizing Bioethics: Cross-cultural Perspectives and other books. |
