JSU Art Dept. Presents
JACKSONVILLE -- January 24, 2002 --
There will be a juried exhibition of art works by the Jacksonville State
University Art Department. Students
will be showing their special talents and artistic mastery.
Works in various media will be on display including paintings, ceramics, photography, prints, drawings,and more. All works must have been produced in a JSU art class or as an assigned project from a JSU art instructor.
The exhibition will take place in the Hammond Hall Gallery on the campus of JSU. This exhibit will be showing from February 5-22, 2002.
Gallery hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The exhibition is free and open for all to come!! Also on February 5, there will be an opening reception at 7 p.m.
Awards will be presented for "Best of Show," "Best in Each Medium," and "Honorable Mention."
