Pam Findley Assumes Position |

Jamie M. Eubanks JSU News Bureau JACKSONVILLE -- April 25, 2001 -- Pam Findley, a Jacksonville State University alumna, will now serve as JSU's Purchasing Director. Findley, a Jacksonville High School grad, received her bachelor of science degree in accounting at JSU. She then came to work for JSU and pursued her master's in business administration. Her first job at JSU was in the Internal Audit Office. She later became director of that department. From there, she move to Financial Systems where she served as JSU's Financial Systems Manager. And, now, after 14 years with JSU, she will serve as its Purchasing Director. "I'm very grateful for this opportunity," comments Findley. "I'm looking forward to this change." As purchasing director, Findley will approve all of JSU's purchases and physical inventory. "This new position will involve more interaction with off-campus vendors," says Findley. "I'm truly looking forward to that." She will assume her position May 1. |
