Partial Power Outage, Road Closure Scheduled on December 22

Due to construction on the housing/stadium project, there will be disruption in power and a temporary road closure in the vicinity of the stadium on December 22.

A portion of Trustee Circle from the east end of Fitzpatrick Hall to Daugette Hall will be closed from 8 a.m. until sometime in the afternoon. A crane will be located in the road for work on the north side stadium light poles. This operation requires the road closed for safety reasons. There is the possibility that the parking lot between Jack Hopper Cafeteria and Daugette Hall will also be closed on this date. Faculty and staff who cannot walk and must drive to the annual holiday luncheon are encouraged to carpool to cut down on the amount of traffic in the area and should prepare to park in the Curtiss Hall lot.

Stephenson Hall, Kennamer and Kitty Stone Elementary will also experience a power outage on this date beginning at 8 a.m., and lasting approximately 6 hours. This power outage is due to relocating power lines on Cole Drive for the stadium project.
