JSU Offers "Budget Friendly Meals" Class

 

Beginning September 25, JSU Wellness-Anniston will host "Budget Friendly Meals" the fourth Thursday of each month from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at The Bridge, adjacent to the First United Methodist Church in the 1400 block of Noble Street.

JSU Family and Consumer Science Department faculty and students will teach this hands-on interactive class in which a budget-friendly meal will be prepared. Emphasis will also be placed on nutrition education.
