Trion Steel Drum Band
In Concert at Canyon Center

Jacksonville State University presents the Trion Steel Drum Band in concert at the Canyon Center on Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m. don't miss this opportunity to experience the largest Caribean-style drum band in the region!

Under the leadership of Andy Cox, Trion Director of bands, and Bobby Crosby, director and arranger for the steel band, with thirty members and over fifty drums this group from Trion, Georgia, will fill Little River Canyon with traditional bright, happy music from the tropical isles, plus some interesting interpretations of the classics.

Students will be admitted free; adults pay only $10. Weather permitting, this concert will be outdoors with limited seating. Feel free to bring folding chairs or blankets for the lawn! Call 256-845-3548 for more information.
