The Social Security Administration is seeking candidates with strong communication skills for customer service positions at its Birmingham, Ala. Teleservice Center.

The entrance level jobs start at GS-5, 6 or GS-7 level. Full-time salaries range from $30,772 to $54,879 annually, with a generous benefit package that includes health insurance coverage, the Federal Employees Retirement System, the Thrift Savings Plan, group life insurance, and flexible work schedules.
