Rolonzia Stitts

Hello, Everyone!

I'm Rolonzia Stitts, and I'm so pumped to be coming back to the place I call home. I'm so excited to be working for Admissions and getting to know my future Gamecocks! As a previous transfer student, I knew I wanted to transfer into a University that not only gives me the best education but a home-away-from-home experience. JSU provided the best care for me and provided a way for me to be seen and heard. I successfully earned my bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Broadcasting—also, a minor in Sports Management. I was involved on campus as an Ambassador and a Radio Host, and an exec for Zeta Phi Eta. 

 

One of the things I love about JSU is the community aspect on campus and finding your own family at this University. I found my best friends and made so many wonderful memories while being a student at JSU.  Being Involved on campus helped me become the woman that I am today. As the new JSU Admissions Counselor, I want to give back to students and show them that this University can help them find their voice and be seen and heard. I also want to help future students find their passion and successfully reach their goals for their future. I'm so blessed to come back to my alma mater and continue my JSU story.  I will be working with students in the South Alabama region, so I'm excited to get started!
