Step 3:

Expand the Proxy file and add the relationship of “JSU Proxy Access.” A secret passphrase can also be added to allow your Proxy to identify themselves over the phone to discuss your financial or academic records (Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Veteran Services). If this field is left blank, your Proxy will only have online access to information. No information will be discussed over the phone. After completing this form, click on the “Email Passphrase” link to notify your Proxy of the passphrase. Your Proxy must have the passphrase and your JSU student number in order to contact select JSU departments by phone.
