NEAPA Graduates
of 118th Basic Session

JACKSONVILLE -- July 27, 2000 -- The 118th Basic Session of the Northeast Alabama Police Academy held its graduation ceremony on July 21 at Jacksonville State University. Forty-six graduates were recognized.

Awards were presented to several members of the graduating class. Wendell H. Fulks, of the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department, received the Directors Award. Matthew N. McCullars, of the Weaver Police Department, received the Academic Award. Herbert N. Rosenbaum, of the Trussville Police Department, received the Firearms Award and Michael S. Yother, of the Bridgeport Police Department, received the Combat Award.
