Honor Societies

Kappa Delta Epsilon (Education Honor Society)
- recognizes outstanding students preparing to enter the teaching profession as well as those actively and successfully engaged in teaching. As a profession al organization, its members engage in projects of service on campus and in the community. Eligibility for membership includes attaining and maintaining an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher, acceptance into the College of Education and Professional Studies, completion of a chapter project and participation in chapter meetings.

Kappa Delta Pi (Education Honor Society) - promotes education by fostering a spirit of leadership, high standards of scholastic attainment, and professional ideals among its members. Students must be enrolled for twelve or more hours and must be an education major with a 3.5 overall GPA.
