Transform your BODY+SOUL with cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement and conditioning woven into a dynamic yoga practice. 

A combination of cardio, weights and targeted moves focused just on the glutes, legs and abs.

A cardio style workout program designed specifically to strengthen your core muscles with low weights and high reps. This will involve use of your muscles from shoulders to knees (abs, oblique’s and back). Various types of equipment from mats, body weight, free weights, medicine balls and more will be used.

A super energized, kettlebell centered High Intensity Interval Training class. The class will jump from movement to movement using a kettlebell and body weight movements! It's perfect for anyone no matter their fitness level, due to focus on correct form, technique, and the ability to scale movements.
