Orientation Dates

Orientation for first-year students who are beginning classes during the June Term 2013 may attend Gamecock Orientation on the following date:

June Term 2013- May 31, 2013

Orientation for first-year students who are beginning classes during the July Term 2013 and Fall Semester 2013  may attend Gamecock Orientation on the following date:

July Term 2013 and Fall Semester 2013

• June 11, 2013 Session A
• June 13, 2013 Session B (Honors Orientation)
• June 18, 2013 Session C
• June 20, 2013 Session D
• June 25, 2013 Session E
• June 27, 2013 Session F

Honors Orientation:  Honors Students who have scored a 26 or higher on the ACT and a 1190 or higher on the SAT are eligible to attend Honors Orientation. This session will provide information on receiving the "Honors Program Gradute" designation from JSU. If you are a recipient of a Faculty Scholarship or an Elite Honors Scholarship then you should attend this session. This session will only accommodate 130 students. Students who meet these requirements will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.
