Research Coordinator, East Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission's Area Agency on Aging Performance Outcomes Measures Project (POMP), 2002-2003-Federally Funded Research Project (The Performance Outcomes Measures project (POMP), which is sponsored by the Administration on Aging (AoA), helps States and Area Agencies on Aging assess their own program performance, while assisting AoA to meet the accountability provisions of the Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) program assessment requirements.) This was a nationwide pilot study with Alabama being one of 10 states involved. The East Alabama AAA was the only AAA in Alabama participating in the study. The results of this study will be used to design effectiveness measures for services to the elderly in the United States.

Community Assessment Consultant, LIN=C Program, Calhoun County Alabama Sheriff Department, Summer 2001(ADECA Title V Funding, 3 years at $210,000 per year to the LIN=C program). Assessment of attitudes toward and used of drugs and alcohol by local school children.
