  • Cocky Theory: Get Cocky! A mixture of low-intensity to high-intensity interval training to fit all levels of fitness! Many different styles of partner exercises as well as various challenges throughout the class to mark and keep up with your progress so you stay pumped!
  • Dance Fitness:  Come dance to the music in a fun way! Lots of different music styles from modern hip hop to Latin music, and you will love moving and grooving!  Bring a friend! Have fun & get a great cardio workout. All fitness levels & dance abilities are welcome!
  • Dynamic Balance: Need a short lunch time class? Come improve your balance and core at the same time! All are welcome!
  • HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training is exactly what it sounds like …. But it’s also really fun! A great workout you can do at your own pace ….. And let us challenge you to the next level!
  • Introduction to Yoga: Have you ever considered Yoga, but wasn’t sure you could do it? Would you like to try Yoga in a comfortable environment with other beginners? This class is designed for you! Come learn the basics of Yoga and try it out at your pace. Class will be taught in an introductory fashion with slow progressions each session.
  • Kickboxing: Kick it up! You will learn not only methods of self-defense but also how to burn loads of calories and get you pumped very quickly! Don’t be shy, bring a friend to enjoy every punch and kick that you make together!
  • Lunch Yoga: Give your body a break from sitting at a desk all day by moving through gentle asanas (poses) bringing ease to the body and balance to the breath. Focusing on releasing the spine, this beginner-friendly class is suitable for all fitness levels. Great for a lunch break, as you just need to dress comfortably. All are welcome!
  • Morning Yoga: Need a short yoga experience to get your day started? Join us for guidance through classic poses to awaken and refresh, or if you choose, get your cardio in before this class by coming for the Early Riser Cardio, then stretch everything out.
  • Pound: Pound it out! Get some stress & sweat out of your system with this intense workout! Pound incorporates good music, proper mechanics, and solid heart rates to create an awesome total body workout. Come rock out!
  • Power Blast!:  Come blast away the calories! Join us while we get our heart rate pumping with moves that will challenge your body, make you sweat, and improve your overall strength and core. Get ready to meet the better version of yourself; 30 minutes is all you will need to feel the burn!

  • Sculpt & Tone: Join us for a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on core and overall body strength! Stretching and strengthening moves will help sculpt and tone you up!
  • Stretch & Flex: A different take on Sculpt & Tone, with an emphasis on more strengthening exercises.
  • Sunrise Yoga: Start your day off by bringing awareness to the mind-body connection in Sunrise Yoga. This practice is friendly to beginner and intermediate levels. It incorporates strength, fluidity and balance of the body with a focus on breath to lead each movement.
  • Undo & Renew Yoga: Come finish your evening with a de-stressing Yoga session, designed to undo the stress of the day and prepare your body to relax and renew. This gentle slow combination of yoga moves will enhance your flexibility and help you sleep more soundly.
  • Yin Yoga: This class is designed for those prefer a slower pace and a calming relaxing atmosphere. It includes centering, restorative as well as active yoga postures, and breathing practices combined to enhance your well-being, tone your muscles, improve your ROM and strengthen your body.
  • Yogalates: A great blend of Pilates and Yoga! Practicing Yogalates creates positive effects on the body and the mind alike. Working with your own limits is at the heart of Yogalates, as everyone has different strengths and needs. Yogalates can always be adapted to the individual, and is superb for flexibility, muscle toning and endurance.
  • Yoga for Every Body: This class invites anyone and everyone to participate in a morning yoga sequence designed to awaken the body and ready the mind for the day ahead. With the encouraged use of props, chairs, and modifications, join our yoga instructor trained in making yoga accessible to all, who will guide in overcoming any physical limitations to experience this gentle yoga practice.
  • Zumba: It’s BACK and it's Party Time! Zumba is a cardio dance workout incorporating music and choreography to form a fitness party atmosphere. While much of the featured music is Latin-American inspired, classes also utilize dance music from all over the world including jazz, African beats, country, hip-hop, and pop. All fitness levels and dance abilities are welcome!
