Fitness Programs Highlights


The Department of Recreational Sports offers a variety of Fitness Programs for the JSU community currently including: Zumba, Step Aerobics, TRX Training & Yoga

2015 Spring Fitness Schedule

(Classes will start on January 12th)

Monday

  • TRX - 11:30-12:00, Larry
  • Zumba- 4:45-5:45, Heather
  • Cross Training- 4:45-5:45, Larry

Tuesday

  • TRX - 11:30-12:00, Larry
  • TRX – 12:15-12:45, Candace
  • Step- 4:45- 5:45, Travis

Wednesday

  • TRX - 11:30-12:00, Larry
