The University Police Department maintains seven emergency phones throughout the campus of Jacksonville State University. These "red phones" are a direct method of communication to UPD Dispatch. Emergency phones are located at:
1.) On Abbott Circle near Wallace Hall
2.) In the middle of the Quad
3.) At the intersection of Russell Parkway and Trustee Circle
4.) At the corner of Stephenson Gym
5.) Near the entrance of the JSU Track
6.) In the parking lot of the Houston Cole Library
7.) In the parking lot of the Stone Center
