National Survey of Student Engagement 2012 (NSSE)

In spring 2012, selected freshmen and seniors were invited via JSU e-mail to participate in NSSE starting February 13. NSSE is an annual survey administered by the Center for Postsecondary Research at Indiana University; it collects information directly from selected freshmen and seniors - information that JSU can use to improve teaching, learning, and campus life. JSU has participated in the study every two years since 2006. At JSU, NSSE is sponsored by the Office of the President, the Office of Planning and Research, the Office of Counseling and Disability Support Services, and the Student Government Association ( SGA).
