Banner Finance Training Opportunities to be Offered December 1 & 13


The Office of the Controller and Office of Procurement and Fixed Assets will offer the following Banner Finance Workshops during the month of December:

Banner Finance New User Workshop
Thursday, December 1, 2-4 p.m.

Banner Finance Workshop – “Back to Basics – Reviewing Finance Processes”
Tuesday, December 13, 2:30–4 p.m.
355 Ayers Hall

Due to popular demand, we will be reviewing basic steps some may have forgotten or missed when unable to attend trainings when basic steps were covered. Examples of the many topics to be discussed are: 

• Which expense account do I use? 
• How do I make changes to requisitions?
• Can you change the FOAP on an encumbrance?
• What can I do now to make the next year-end close easier?
• What is a Disclosure Statement and where do I find one?
• What form do I need to use and where do I send it?
