Our objective is to provide every employee with the best benefit package available at the lowest cost.  We are pleased to announce the upcoming enrollment period for the LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF ALABAMA - Cancer Plan.  A representative will be on campus to enroll new participants as well as answer questions and/or change coverage for current participants. This benefit is currently available through payroll deduction.  

 

LIFE OF ALABAMA'S comprehensive Cancer coverage will help protect your financial security by paying benefits direct to you, regardless of other health insurance.  As an added incentive, you may continue coverage should you leave JSU, at the same group rate.

 

Benefits include:

 

·        The most costly treatment of Cancer, chemotherapy or radiation up to $25,000 per calendar year. No lifetime limit inpatient or out-patient.

 

·        Wellness Benefit. Early detection is the key to survival.

 

·        Benefits for over 25 non-cancer diseases to include; Multiple sclerosis, Sickle Cell anemia, Lou Gehrig's disease, Muscular dystrophy, Lyme disease and more.
