Open Enrollment Deadline Dates / Reminders

 

 

August 31, 2008

·           PEEHIP Medical and or Optional Plans paper enrollment.  All forms should be mailed directly to PEEHIP and must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2008.

·           CompBenefits Vision Plan enrollment/changes must be submitted to the Office of Human Resources no later than August 31, 2008.

 

September 10, 2008

·           PEEHIP Online System. Last day to make open enrollment changes via PEEHIP’s online system www.rsa-al.gov.

 

September 30, 2008

·           Flexible Spending Account. Deadline for making paper changes/additions to your Medical Reimbursement and/or Dependent Care Accounts.

 

Enrollment in the PEEHIP Flexible Spending, CHIP and Federal Poverty Level Program is effective for the plan year only.  Re-enrollment is required annually during Open Enrollment. These programs DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW each year.

 

All Open Enrollment changes will become effective October 1, 2008.
