Data in JSU Navigate is pulled from Banner every night at midnight. Any changes made to a student's record in Banner will be reflected in JSU Navigate the following day.

A quick troubleshooting option is to clear your browser cache and then log in again. If the problem persists, please submit a Support Ticket by clicking on the button labeled "Report an Issue" located on the left side of the screen. 

No, the student view is limited. Students only have access to view their own profile and to schedule appointments.

Yes, student notes and reports in JSU Navigate are part of the student's education record and subject to FERPA.

Yes, more information regarding scheduled trainings will be available at a later date. 

JSU Navigate identifies different "roles" within the tool, which depend on your job responsibilities. If you are interested in how these roles are determined, please contact navigate@jsu.edu.
