To check your settings to ensure that cookies are enabled, complete the following steps:

1. Click on the Edit option in the Netscape Menu to retrieve the drop-down menu.
   
   
2. Click the Preferences... option at the bottom of the menu box to retrieve the Preferences menu box.
   
   
3. Click on the Advanced option in the Preferences menu box.
   
   
4. Check to ensure that the first or second option in the Cookies section of the Advanced box is checked. If one of these is not checked, click in the circle next to one of the options to enable cookies.
   
   
5. Click the OK button at the bottom of the Preferences menu box to exit out of the settings.
