Harry Nuttall is a reference & instruction librarian and the literature subject specialist of Houston Cole Library at Jacksonville State University. He has a B.A. in English from Louisiana Tech University, an M.A. in English (and completed coursework toward the Ph.D.) and an M.L.I.S. from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. Among his professional interests are research skills in literature and the humanities, broadening the scope of information literacy and raising the profile of information literacy instruction, and the poetry of World war I. His personal interests include American string band music and its history, song-setting, and bass (not the fish).
