GEM Password Reset

Make sure you are using the following Information 

  • If you have never logged in successfully, make sure to use the FULL username (Ex: example@stu.jsu.edu) and correct default password (6 digit birth day, plus the last 4 digits of JSU ID Number: Ex: mmddyy####)
  • Students: Your JSU ID number can be found in multiple places:
    • In MyJSU, Click "View Student Information" within the Student Links Section (Your JSU ID number will be toward the upper right hand side of the screen near your name)
    • Your JSU ID number is located on your JSU ID Card
    • For students who had GEM accounts on the old system, your JSU ID number has been sent to your old @jsu.edu account.
