Welcome to the Institute for Research and Collaboration. As part of a learning centered university, our goal is to provide services for sponsored programs to the faculty, staff and students at Jacksonville State University.

External research funding is essential to prepare Jacksonville State University students to compete in a 21st century economy and graduate ready to fill and create the jobs of the future in fields such as Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Nursing, Emergency Management, and Education.

The IRC facilitates the interaction between the researcher and the granting agency. We are focused on service to our faculty, academic units, the institution, and our sponsors.
