Project Description:

A research opportunity is available in the Emergency Planning Exercises and Evaluation Staff (EPEES) within the Office of Crisis Management (OCM) of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). EPEES serves as the agency focal point for developing and updating emergency operations plans, incident-specific annexes, and other emergency planning and preparedness documents; planning, executing, and coordinating FDA’s participation in exercises; and developing policies and procedures for and conducting inter- and intra-agency evaluations and after action reviews of exercises and significant incidents.
