2019 Personnel Action Change Requests (PACR)

The following personal action changes for current personnel are requested via the electronic Personnel Action Change Request Form (PACRF): promotion, title changes, personnel transfers, pay adjustments, and Interim appoints, as well as the transfer of positions within the university. All requests will be routed electronically to the Department of Human Resources. This electronic process allows for all supporting documents/justifications to be attached, and provides a central location for maintaining all personnel action requests.  All requests are added to the Personnel Action Team (PAT) agenda for review and approval. The approvals/denials are then communicated to each VP/Provost.

The initiator of an electronic form (e.g. Personnel Action Change Request Form) can track the status of the form via MyJSU.  Click the link View Submitted/Pending Electronic Forms under Employee Links.  You have the option of Pending/Draft Forms and Forms History.  The Pending/Draft Forms displays all forms in draft and those pending approval. Once the approval process is complete, the approval will move to Forms History.
