Welcome to the Talent Acquisition (TA) resources website.  This site has been designed as a resource to prospective and current employees, as well as to JSU hiring authorities.  Our TA team is responsible for assisting applicants and candidates with maneuvering our recruitment and selection processes, for pre-boarding selected candidates.  Our TA team also provides assistance and guidance to the University’s hiring authorities in the areas of talent sourcing, assessing applicant pools, and with selecting qualified candidates to fill roles within the University.

    • Act: "This is what I will/can do. Are you comfortable with this?" Then set follow-up expectations.

The TA team is dedicated to the recruitment of talented candidates to fill vacancies across the campus.  A variety of tools and resources are available to assist with adhering to best practices and navigating the hiring process. Talent Acquisition team supports and collaborates with departments to initiate, navigate, and successfully complete the hiring process. Recruitment and Selection of all positions are managed via the TA system; guidance for each stage of the process is provided and members of the TAS are also available to support you through the processes.
