One of the goals of Jacksonville State University is to provide quality service at a reasonable price. In order to do this, we must constantly look for better ways to do things. As a means of encouraging suggestions from faculty and staff members, an awards program has been established. Awards will be made for suggestions that improve morale, reduce costs, save time, or otherwise benefit the University. Suggestions that have already been tried, that are illegal, that are contrary to JSU or public policy, or that merely shift work from one area to another, will not be considered.
