The Mission of the Department of Human Resources (DHR) at Jacksonville State University is to provide a solution-focused, positive customer service experience for each guest to the DHR, while developing collaborative partnerships in the recruitment, selection, development, and retention of a diverse and talented workforce with outstanding and productive employees that contribute to making JSU the employer of first choice.
