Labor Certification Notices
In accordance with the U.S. Department of Labor's Permanent Labor Certification Program, Jacksonville State University posts the following notices of filing to comply with 20 CFR 656.10(d). The intent of the labor certification filing is to show that no qualified U.S. worker is able to perform the job at the prevailing wage and that employment of the non-U.S. citizen will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of similar U.S. workers.
Notices filed for Application for Labor Certification are posted for at least 10 business days online and within the hiring department. Any person may provide documentary evidence bearing on the Application to the National Processing Center, U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, Harris Tower, 233 Peachtree Street, Suite 410, Atlanta, GA 30303.
