Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

Using the applicant friendly features of our Talent Acquisition Module (TAM), applicants will be able to:
  • search and apply for positions from any location at any time
  • view eligibility requirements for each position advertised
  • view a list of documents needed to apply, and applicable supplemental questions before beginning application process
  • create a password protected file to maintain their application and versions of supporting documents
  • review the status of positions for which applied 

Search and Apply to Vacancies

Carefully review the vacancy; ensure the position description, duties, and the required qualifications align with your skills, knowledge, experiences, and goals.

Follow the instructions below and be on your way to a rewarding career at JSU.

New Users:

Use the Login link on the navigation bar for instructions on how to set up a user name and password prior to initiating an application; this will enable you to:
  • click on the Search Postings link on the right navigation bar
  • search vacancies by specific criteria
  • identify vacancies of interest
  • use the Apply Now link to complete an application, attach requested supporting documents, and answer applicable supplemental questions

Returning Users:

Use the Login link on the navigation bar to access your account; this will enable you to:
  • Update your application (if needed)
  • Apply to additional positions
  • Review the status of positions to which you submitted your application
Note:
  • The system will convert all attached documents to a Portable Document Format (PDF).
  • After the document conversion and completion of application, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address on record
  • Applications are only accepted for currently open vacancies
