Cathy Burrows
Instructor of History

Mrs. Burrows joined the History faculty in 2003 after working in the College of Education at JSU and teaching World and Western Civilization courses at Georgia Highlands College. She holds a B.A. in History and Political Science and an M.A. in History.

She is a member of Phi Alpha Theta and the Southern Historical Association and currently serves as the faculty advisor for Gamma Sigma Sigma, a national service sorority, and academic advisor for freshman and sophomore history majors. She teaches American History and Western Civilization surveys.
